What we did

• Created a graphic design that is both welcoming and functional
• Organized a great deal of content to make it more accessible to the user. We developed the site using Joomla!, an open Source Content Management System
• Provided an easy way to keep content fresh and up to date on the front page
• Created a search function that searches inside of PDF's. 
• Created a part of the site that is only available to registered users.
• Since the site is a clearing house for a large repository of documents we implemented special extensions for document organization.
